Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to email@example.com and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days.
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. Replacement are sent out on Fridays of every week.
The Butter Bar Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
All packages being delivered to New York and New Jersey will require signatures to ensure successful delivery.
