Spring Clean Your Skincare

Spring Clean Your Skincare

Welcome to the first day of Spring Beauty! The air is fresh, the flowers are starting to bud, and it is beginning to get warm outside. This is my favorite time of year. Not just because everything outside looks picture perfect, or because I get to break out the sundresses I've been hoarding away all winter long. No, those are all great things, but the fact that spring symbolizes a new season, and a fresh start to things coming alive! It's time for some Spring Cleaning!

Spring cleaning is all about taking a look at what you no longer need in your life and removing it so you can bring in newer, and better things. Stripping the dead leaves to make way for the flowering buds. It is a time of reflection and renewal, and it can really help you gain a new perspective on your life. I happen to love spring cleaning because I feel like a weight has been lifted off me that I hadn't known was there. Just like your home, and office space, your skincare counter should get a little spring cleaning as well!

So, how do you Spring Clean Your Skincare? Well, I'm going to take you on a journey over the next few weeks to help you slowly, but surely remove dead weight from your skincare routine. Going into this beautiful new season your skin should only have the best products and tools representing it. After all, your skin represents you to the rest of the world. With the return of the sun, we need to make sure we have the correct products in place to glow right in summer. With that, we also need to get rid of some old, dead habits, ingredients, and skin care tools that are holding our skin back.

I'll be delivering you a few blogs and videos (yes videos!) over the next couple of weeks. I hope you'll join me in this series, so we can Spring Clean together! Let's git rid of those dirty little ingredients and habits in our life, and make way for beauty!

Make sure you're also following us on Instagram, so you can catch all the quick tips I deliver each day!
