Oil Pulling – Swishing Therapy

Oil pulling is an ancient beauty ritual for oral health and detoxification.
Pure coconut oil, sesame oil or sunflower oil are used as agents pulling:
* Bacteria
* Plaque
Teeth, mouth, throat, and gums will be cleansed and remain healthy from harmful impurities.

Here’s an interesting fact- oil pulling was developed by a woman from India.

In essence, oil pulling is about having good oral health or is it? As I researched the wonders of oil pulling I found the pros and cons. Oil pulling worked well for some while others experienced no changes with their health concerns.

The craze to claim; oil pulling clears the skin from acne, eczema, cures cavities, and migraines.

The process is pretty easy, swish 1 tbsp. of oil in the month 20mins. If you want to try oil pulling at home, start swishing for five mins., keep building your time. Spit out in the trash not in sink, oil clogs water pipes. Rinse mouth twice with water. Brush teeth immediately.

***Do not swallow the oil otherwise, the bacterias would lounge inside your body causing sickness.

Swish with oil 3-4x per week. Oil pulling is a natural treatment for clearing up acne. Here are a few reasons why you should use 100% organic coconut oil;

> Skin Moisturizer > Fat Burner > Decrease Cellulite > Natural Medicine

Chose oils that are high in quality. Remember, you want to hold oils in your mouth are from plants. The longer you swish the better benefits of lauric acid-fights acne and infestion.

Oil swishing does not replace brushing nor flossing. Keep your healthy oral hygiene intact. The Oil from pulling can be used as a mouthwash. The oil reduces bad breath. Working the oil; pushing and sucking oil through the teeth. When the oil hits the teeth and gums the impurities are drawn out. Keep swishing until there’s a white milky build up, discard oil immediately from mouth.

That’s an issue when it comes to looking after your vagina, because the vagina’s delicate pH balance really doesn’t respond well to anything perfumed. Regardless of how good it smells and how pretty it looks, anything heavily perfumed is likely to disrupt your vagina’s self-cleaning processes.
