We left off in our last blog topic speaking briefly about multi-masking. Let’s go a little deeper into the various types of applying more than one type of face mask simultaneously, and the benefits each mask provides to your skin.
Just to recap, multi-masking is applying multiple face masks to unique areas of your face to treat different skin concerns. Multi-masking is also the most convenient and efficient way to get a professional-like facial at home. And because our skin varies continuously, depending on the weather, stress, lifestyle habits or environmental factors. Multi-masking ensures that your skin is getting the treatment it needs, where it needs it.
Multi Mask – How Do You Do It?
The first step is understanding what each area of your face needs. Multi-masking allows you to identify and treat multiple specific skin concerns such as dullness, blemishes, dehydration, congested skin or fine lines. Or perhaps an oily forehead, dry cheeks and enlarged pores on the nose are the areas needing attention. Once you’ve determined your skin’s different concerns, you’re ready to start with your multi-masking experience.
Most people have concerns in the T-zone. Usually, the chin, nose, and forehead are more prone to get oily and show breakouts, discoloration, black, and whiteheads. For best results, you would be applying two or more masks to those different areas to target competing concerns .
