Can You Reverse Hormonal Acne?

What exactly is hormonal acne?  It’s not just a teenage problem.

It is sometimes called hormonal acne because of the way skin issues develop in response to hormonal changes within your body. So, it is simple to relate hormonal acne to the fluctuation of your hormones. Although this fluctuation is generally linked to puberty and adolescence, many women are affected by the changes of their skin due to hormonal acne.  Hormonal acne can occur in women between the ages of 20-29 and 40-49. What Are the Characteristics of Hormonal Acne?

telling someone to eat yogurt with a hormonal imbalance is like telling them to go jump in a fire while they are already on fire. Most people have hormonal imbalances because of dairy. Hormonal acne goes beyond balancing the hormones. This wasn’t a great article.
