The Ultimate Glowing Skin Smoothie!

If you know me, than you know how much I love a good smoothie! The sweeter it is the better and I always like to jam-pack it full of skin-loving ingredients. Today, I'm going to give you the recipe to my Ultimate Glowing Skin Smoothie that keeps my skin in check and looking Flawless!

 Blend Together:
1 Tablespoon fish oil Omega-3 (help to regulate oil production, which boosts hydration, helps prevent acne, and staves off wrinkles)- TIP: Try Orange or Lemon Flavored Fish Oil. It blends right in and compliments the Mango & Orange flavors in this smoothie!
1⁄2 cup plain, low-fat, organic yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen mango chunks (skin-boosting vitamins B6, C, and E.)
1⁄2 cup orange juice
1 fresh mint leaf

...Blend until smooth and sip your way to glowing skin! :)
